I really liked the grind through 50 120. Mind you, it excels with excessive use of APCR. Mobility is good for relocating or taking advantageous early positions, especially with turbo. Penetration on APCR lets you go through grand majority of the targets you will meet. To be quite honest the only downsides are the occasional derpiness of the gun (dispersion after shooting) and fairly long time between shells. Otherwise it's a great package which prepares you for specific kind of gameplay of AMX 50B

Much appreciated for the video and insights. This tank need to have really good understanding of what is going on and the right amount of controlled aggression. For instance, the push to the middle in the first game was probably too aggressive for me, but it worked brilliantly for Daki.
For some reason the 50 120 did not work when I played it. It's probably the only tier 9 for me that felt worse tier for tier than the tier 8 and tier 10
I'm sorry Daki, but I hope you realise that the last minutes of the last match will be shown in the Wizard School of Tankers, and I'm sure the evergreen headmaster you-know-who will be making a thorough comment on it.
Strv bumping into Waffentrager both getting tracked in the middle of the field, Leo and SU130 not able to shoot back, spinning in circles, then "hiding" lol, I don't know if I've seen better paid, or more text-book actors in my whole life.

Daki what would I have to do to get you to make a video titled: “is the amx 65 t the new meta?” where you start off the video by reading the title then answering “no”, then spend the rest of the 10 minutes reading from QB’s thesis (which I have btw) on satellites and watering plants and shit with a custom slideshow showing like grass or something. Or reading the communist manifesto. Or the lyrics to ram ranch. Or caramelldansen.
I'd consider pitching in. You know, for science.
Really love this tank and it suits a long game; but it costs a fortune to run and in the current blitz meta it is painful , as you rarely get more than a couple of clips out. Thanks for the master class 👍

Tbh Daki I liked the tier 8 more than the tier 9, I just felt as if it was faster and could run around more imho.

I'll never understand why hard tanks aren't recommended, isn't that how you progress ? Backbreaking mistakes are necessary to let them sink in

This tank was a lot of fun and way better than M103 or Object 257 were for me. But I prefer being beta male support than alpha frontline I guess.
Just found you, i enjoy the tuition aspect, i have already taken advise and is making my game more fun.
The thing is why you even bother to play this line anymore. US, and SE lines our far easier.
P.S: Can you please tell us your add on layout , preferably in a unique video (not a twitch viewer, sorry but I prefer YT over Twitch , I am getting bored really quickly watching streams). Or at least wth is those number when you aim ? :P Armor indication at the crosshair ?

When I ground it out it was basically a Somua with 10% better mobility. I enjoyed it.
Great video and well played as usual Daki. Too many things have to be "right time" with this tank where as a lot of other newer tanks don't fall under that category. Personally I have no fear of running into one of these on the battlefield.

IMO Emil 2 > 120/54E1 because I am not that good in WoT and turret armor let's me get away from some questionable plays.

@Dakillzor on the last battle on steppes your team is win by 15:2, and you said "that's a good game". How on earth you can call good game when you play a full idiot enemy and win 15:2?????
That's is the problem with the WOT! When a CC enjoying a game where is accully no opponent!

This logic of yours is flawed to the max. So i'm only allowed to call games good from a certain score line? If I find that from my pov and my performance it was a good game. I will call it a good game, wether you like this or not is off no concern to me.

I have also been in 15:1-2 battles on one side and on the other.
Whether my performance was outstanding or I shot 0, won or lost, I did not enjoy that game.
