I am 73 years old and have seen quite a few of the "cub clown acts" over the years. Many in person and even more on video. I will say I believe this one is the absolute most impressive one ever. Amazing skills. I used to attend an airshow every year at a small county airport in Bessemer, Al. I first witnessed the flying farmer I think it was, there. I remember the fellow spinning from extremely low altitude with recovery ridiculously close to the ground. I believe he always did two turns, then revovered. My wife and I missed an airshow one year after having been several years in a row. The fellow performing the cub act was killed. Know one knows exactly why but it seemed he decided to add an extra turn, pull out was late and he impacted the ground flat, not nose down. The impact was still too severe to survive. Broke my heart when I heard of it. I was actually glad though that my wife and I were not there.
it never gets old
