Stell was the opening act for this concert and he performed 3 songs -All I Ask, Room, Defying Gravity. David Foster has not gone onstage yet at this point. Sometime during the concert David asked for Stell to come back onstage for him to sing.All Bt Myself. Its not really an on the spot thing, but he only knew about it during the rehearsals right before the show that same day (sb19 just arrived that day of the david foster con coming from their flight from the Agusan event).
David Foster is not playing the piano when Stell did the front act. He had his own music with backtrack for Room and Defying Gravity. I am not sure with All I Ask if the band played for him.
