Very nice. I like a cherry blend so sounds like I may have to give this one a try.

Nice. Hoping to try some sutliff blends next month before the pipe show in VA. Cult blood moon is amazing.

    Hey Wilson!
I’ve never had a cherry blend either… I’ve had the same sentiment as you towards them. But, here I go to purchase this one 😂.
I base all my tobacco purchases based on what you, Hobbiton Piper, and Paladin Piper suggest lol.
Thanks again for another great video!

Thank you for another great re iew, Wilson!!! Perhaps it has been said here already, but, finding a good aromatic ( especially a cherry ) is
    sometimes daunting. Often times,
due to the process used by a tobacco co. aromatics arrive really wet. I bought a bulk aromatic that I thought would be really good. It came so wet that, even in it's original bag, it took six months before it was dry enough to smoke right out of the bag. Cherry iseems to be a flavor that is hard to get right.
    Happy puffing !!!!

Great video. I like this blend. Sutliff makes some great blends and I don’t feel like they get the credit they deserve. My favorite blends from Sutliff are 507c Virginia Slices, Vanilla Custard, and Burley J4.

I am down to the last few ounces of a lb of Vanilla Custard I picked up and jarred back in 2020. It has only gotten better year after year. The Vanilla Custard and Chocolate truffle are may favorites and super economical to have a lb or two jarred up and tucked away.

I really like Sutliff 105 Royal Viking. It does come a little on the moist side. Have to lay it out overnight then it burns pretty steady. Hope it's on the list

Great vid as always, just a heads up your audio was peaking the whole video. I assume that’s do to the changes you mentioned at the start.

I enjoy Cult Blood Red Moon because it doesn't have a cough syrupy taste. This sounds worth a try and is much more affordable. Thanks for the review!

Lane Very Cherry is my favorite Cherry and can be used to mix with other blends. I like finding a strong aero and gives me the ability to smoke it straight or blend.

I bought Sutliff Serendipity recently. It's alright, and at its value... I'll buy it again. Should be as un-dry as possible. Has a scant hint of berry/syrup.

The Spurgeon Piper… I thought I’d seen it all, but this is about as Christian hipster as it gets. It’s kind of like Rob Bell in reverse.

@@TheSpurgeonPiper Well I must admit, I found this channel to be a fascinating manifestation of modern Christianity. It seems a replicable phenomenon that once a strong and smart man reaches as deep as he can into their own favored theology, the only real space left to expand and express the creative impulse is to commoditize and expound material pleasures. Mark Driscoll had his sex phase, you know. Interestingly, when I used to smoke tobacco, a young pastor friend I was staying with told me I should start a men’s cigar club to discuss theology, and I just laughed. So when I saw this channel I couldn’t help myself.
You see with old Rob, a lot of people down him, but all he did was commoditize on the yearnings of people to expand and grow beyond, say, “Sinners in the hands of angry God”, and make it into a marketable product. I mean, Spurgeon likely didn’t have access to the Dhammapada of Buddha, the Tao Te Ching, or the Bhagavad Gita, to contrast and see how other great souls had seen God, Life, the world and Reality. So in his own time he commoditized as well, because the people needed a mass scaring to get them back on track.
But, Rob was criticized because you can’t make Ultimate Reality into a commodity. I mean, Love Wins had some great thoughts that plenty of us were wrestling with. The problem is, it was literally a plain white cover, with the words Love Wins printed sideways, made by a company called “Flannel.” That’s right, Flannel designed the cover of Love Wins.
So, it shows a desire to tap back into that idea of the real Christian man of old, with his pipe or cigar, puffing his own wisdom and limited view of Reality, sending others into a religious frenzy, which of course paid his salary, and for his cigars.
I love watching the progression of humanity, especially my Beloved Christians. Charismatic, industrious, and able to get a whole host to follow over the latest (or oldest) trends, mixed with a little American theology. Fascinating. Cheers!
