    Hey guys! This is an intense 20 minute full body workout, so be prepared to get sweaty! I’ve included some beginner friendly modifications on certain exercises, which you can also apply if you have any injuries. I will also have a low impact full body workout coming soon, so look out for that!

    I have a doubt.. While doing the crab walk exercise, should I be in squat position!?

      You’re knees should be bent with the majority of your weight in the back of your heels! Not a full squat position, but almost like a half squat!

    During the knee taps, should I keep one leg tight!??? (the leg which I DON'T have to move up)

      Yes keep it slightly bent and nice and stable!
