I would love a 6 inch Battle Beast line. I loved those as a kid. As for this line, I’ve got Aetriu and Thane coming from the Kickstarter. I could not refuse a gorilla warrior.
They are really fantastic. Smooth joints. Solid build. Soft armor that flexes where you need it to. Gorgeous paint. They've got a big future ahead delivering this kind of quality.
i backed this and been reseving updates but yet to get shipping on my order i thinking it becouse wave 2 has yet to show up i think it ships togather at one time the 3 year wait been a long one i like my figs soon to review them
Ohhhhhhh YES!! Highly, highly anticipating these figures, I cannot describe how excited I am about these. I'm all in for wave 1 and I ordered a bunch from wave 2 as well, very excited about future releases, especially canine-themed characters. The figures look amazing, I can't wait to get all of mine, I've had a shelf reserved in my toy room for them for so long! Thanks for showing these off, can't wait to have them fight my other favorite toylines!
I picked up a couple of the weapon sets to try out (I gave them to my 4H Gothitropolis black ravens and they look AMAZING!). I was really impressed with the quality, so picked up one of the figures. It was a tossup between these two. I decided on the Ravager first, but I think I'm going to need that Chunari as well.
Dan, cool to get a first look at this line. I did go in on the Kickstarter. Two I ordered are the two you have so I was excited to see you open and take a look at them. I went for a handful of the standard, the deluxe, and a weapon pack. Jason 👍😃 letting people get early samples. Great review ✌️
Having had some time to pose them and really push the articulation I can say that they are officially AWESOME. Can't wait to get my actual rewards from backing.
I’m looking forward to the four I bought. Primarily I bought them as warriors for the High Evolutionary. But they stand alone very well. I too liked Battle Beasts as a kid. Armored animal warriors are very toyetic.
Do you use heat each time you want to change the pose of the action figure? For example: This week you use heat to put it in a pose. Then next week you use heat to change the pose? Maybe heat is more important in the winter time? It's nice that this company puts a warning on the box to use heat before bending the joints.
No, it's just that first time you move them. Once you've moved them you should be good. That said, with some manufacturers and the kinds of plastics used, if you leave them in the same post for months or YEARS... you may want to just soften them a bit again.
I am totally blind collector, so I can't see what you are showing on the screen, but from what I heard you say, they definitely seem to look very nice. One question, are they all built on the same body?
These 2 figures share most of their body parts but their torsos are different. There are other animal species in the line that share some parts as well but have different feet or hands.

It’s good when an independent puts something out, it’s great when you get this quality.

Amazing line indeed. Especially the 🦍 General Thane. A def must have line. Great review Dan and by the way, you killed it on pulsecon. Great job. 👍👍
They look great!
Those metallic weapons, especially the rifle, looks like it would look extra cool with just the slightest bit of a black wash.

Awesome! I can't wait till I get mine.
I had forgotten how difficult it is to watch Dan using a razor blade. 😅

sweet review'ish Sir Dan!

Hopefully they look to re release or "remaster" the 4 inch line as well..
I haven't heard anything about that, my assumption is that they have moved on to 6" scale permanently.

Yes, mixing different toy lines is fun.
Drop down hips work just fine on premium figures that use better plastic, the gummy stuff they use for mass produced toys just sucks for them.
Yeah but I just don't like them on any figures. I have plenty of imports and don't like them there either.
I was going to ask if these were Battle Beasts homages. Great video!
Not technically BB homage, but definitely in our hearts.
What kickstarter had their molds stolen?
Eagle Force

@@ToyGalaxy Thank you for the advice!

@@ToyGalaxy Ah okay thanks, kind of like the Mythic Legions then with reusing parts :)
Prefer a straight on review rather than top, down
Good news: this isn't a review.
I'm not sure if this is a commercial or an unboxing?
It's both!
