Thank you so much Shai to bring this important celebration from Mexico to Cityline, it is very important for me as a mexican to celebrate this day and I loved that you explained this very well and with so much respect. Love you and thank you 🙏🏻❤
They think everyone from Latin America celebrate this holiday 😂 I don’t see folks in Argentina, Brazil, or Columbia etc celebrate this in their country. We all know the majority of Latinos in U.S.A is mostly about 70% of Mexican origin. One example is that the largest tv channel provider of Spanish-language content is Univision a Mexican channel in which A Mexican company Televisa most owns half of Univision. They broadcast Liga Mx and mostly Mexicans Telenovelas. The Mexican influence is very dominant in the U.S.A than other Latinos from other countries.
@@fallencielo2701 I remember when Mexicans were the black sheep in America we use to be the unwanted now everyone wants to take away our culture and it’s theirs it’s a Mexican holiday which other countries have adopted this man got it wrong
No Mexican is gonna think you’re culturally appropriating if you celebrate this tradition. Death is a universal experience and many people find closure and solace in putting altars and remembering their loved ones, so celebrate it. Mexicans aren’t gonna judge you.
I cant believe you are gaslighting all those outside of this particular culture & creating the other within groups of loving communities. Who has been hurt by someone celebrating a holiday or tradition?
Lived this tradition in Mx as a foreigner- so very special.
