Hello, first of all, thank you for sharing your project. I made the circuit but, they present two small problems: 1) When I turn on the power supply, I have to give a push on the motor for it to turn. 2) I don't have total control in the potentiometer, that is, the potentiometer doesn't act gradually the speed of the motor. I am using a 5V 2A power supply. Is this really so? Thanks again.
Greetings friend! I did the project and it works, but not like in the video, I have to give it a push to start it and I can only put 5 volts on it, after that it turns off. What can be?
Please Sir: I have a three wires to Brushless Motor, ok? Then I need make the union of the one wire in the hull of the motor to I can have the positive to battery?
This is not happening with me. I mean I made same circuit and tried with different voltage but the motor did not running and it is just vibrating only, I give 1v to 12v dc
Works very poorly, efficiency is close to zero. Requires quite a strong manual start and yet it takes a minute or more to get any decent RPM. Makes a lot of hissing noise meaning that the switching frequency is too high even when using 500k pot. I used exactly the same parts. Useless and waste of time.
A schematic and a short description of how it works would be nice.

So you need to physically spin the motor to get it going ?
The circuit won’t start it ?
This is what I realized. That's no good, right?
Thanks so very very helpfully very much thanks you
Can it be used on a drone?
DOES IT WORK FOR A 3 WIRE MOTOR HDD?
No
Work with 1s motor (1104)?

This is for a 4-wire motor.
can you use 12v current bro?
Yes bro
A proper electric diagram would be very useful instead of pausing the vid and staring looking for the connections
Thanks for sharing your work
Hi, I couldn't get mine to work.

Sir this is star connection. I want delta connection only three wires to motor. Pls give me circuit drawing and parts .🙏
can it be called a dc motor rpm regulator?
Falla una fase
Not working
Make sure you use the correct items
Cordial saludo desde Colombia disculpeme la pregunta de cuantos vatios son las resistencias? Dios lo bendiga
0.25 vatios
@@User_ycTaL Only 0.25 Watts? Well, such a motor consumes more than one Ampere! Am I wrong?
@@Dancopymus 0.25-1 Watts
Cool! i will try to make it

have you tried jump starting the rotation/spin?
@@joshuaneufeldt3 Please explain a little more!
Initial push or spin...
no explanation why 3 transistor and 3 diodes what are their purpose
Each transistor controls one phase of the motor; diodes to prevent motor feedback.

Parabéns muito bom
Half hearted effort to properly explain nor respond to comments. Idiotic music
Too bad you aren't controlling direction.
dont work

I wonder if using a capacitor in the potentiometer would avoid having to drive the motor manually.
I hate these background music
