    These are some of the most practical drills I've ever practiced. So glad to have this resource. Imagine in the pre internet days alot of these gems would have taken a lifetime to catch on to. I know been in love with this game since 1992. Had old-time friends that showed me much but only goes so far.

    Great drills as always...beyond that, I always watch how still you stay after shooting, not moving till the ball settles in the pocket. It was the first thing Tony Robles taught me in the first lesson...always great to get a refresher look!

      This drill also helped me correct a major flaw in my stroke. I couldn't understand why I would periodically have inconsistencies when I'm applying the same english / speed on a particular hit. It turns out my elbow was moving ever so slightly when I apply english (but not everytime). I noticed by looking at the chalk marks on the CB. As soon as I corrected that I pulled off your first drill without any real difficulty. I can't thank you enough for this drill. As far as I was concerned my stroke was correct which can be quite dangerous when trying to trouble shoot. Now on to the next ones. Awesome stuff!!!

    - what is the best features for the cue set , in competition everyone use two kind of cue - for break and for play ..the best features for both
    - what is your recommendation when buying a set of cues for amateurs and beginners ( features )

    Gosh, after this video I'll be beating you! :-) That was quite an introduction. Looks like a good drill, kidding aside.
    On that last shot, since the pocket obviously plays bigger more slowly, why did you choose the speed you used? Is it just roll off possibility or preference of stroking speed, both, or something else?

    • @NielsTheTerminatorFeijen
      @NielsTheTerminatorFeijen  2 года назад

      Don’t want it to roll off or dog stroke it. Medium from that angle is fine. Softer wouldn’t change much from that entree angle

    frozen rail shots like this give me trouble if im using english, the object balls wants to kick off the rail mostly unless i roll them in. is it possible that this is an old cloth issue? or i just need to learn the shots better?

      HI there! Do you mean the frozen on the rails shots like in the "Yo-Yo drill", "Up-and-down" drill and "Terrific Three" drill? 👀❓
      Yo-Yo: ruclips.net/video/6mZfpxNtMJ4/видео.html
      Up and Down: ruclips.net/video/Aidw2ogvOMY/видео.html
      Terrific Three: ruclips.net/video/7-1h-IFftSI/видео.html
