normally before i play valorant i do a cold rinse in the shower for a few minutes as a way to reset myself before i play and to prevent distracting sweating and also cold showers improve productivity and human awareness (this works really well for me)
i usually listen to energetic music then hope on a comp game feeling much better then when i don't listen to the energetic music (i'm gold, put that in mind)
