Yes the spinner does wobble a little bit, but that is being addressed now and should be fine. Just got to change the bearing inside. Apologies for the sound but the video was taken on an iphone, which seems when testing the sound in the hangar completely starts and stops. With a 300 watt sound system onboard with speakers in the cockpit and in the nose, coupled with true Merlin sound files, it does sound very realistic indeed. As you can see here, it was getting dark when the video was taken, so the sound or lack of it was turned down not to cause offence to neighbouring properties. As to Contraption, it is the World's most accurate Spitfire Mk.Vb replica built to date. Using 3 airworthy examples as references and after taking over 600 photos of each and every part (and rivet) it truly represents that marque of the classic fighter design. A bit of a learning curve after building Mk.Is and 9s, the 5 sits nicely between the two, with its unique cannon blisters and different engine cowlings. A full instrument panel and set of cockpit controls were also added.
Absolutely fantastic - great piece of work. Been considering one of these for my lawn - just need clearance from my wife...!

The spinner wobbles and the contraption sounds like some sort of grinding machine. But, apart from that, it looks good.
