If builder did not renew his Cc. But still continued building construction. And telling buyers will deliver the project within 5 months with OC. Building construction 80% done. But he did not nenewal CC. Still Bank provided them loan. Buyers did not check d paper due to project RERA approved. This is scam. Is this legal in RERA? Can u able to create a video on CC renewal?

@@anuragtiwari4661 Pahale RERA, Police me complaint karake dekho lekin usase kuch hoga nahi forbhi try Karo, badame section 200 under private case file karana padega agar builder dhamaki de raha hain to. Aur waise bhi agreement cancel karana asan nahi hota hain apaki permission aur without signature cancel nahi hota hain wo so don't worry

My builder in noida without informing us extend rera date to 2 year 2025 , in my bba document se 2023 is given two month ago on rera website show 2023 but now showing 2025 , is it breach of agreement ? Can I stop payment
No if you done the agreement and then check the fit out possession date in agreement, if that date crossed already then go and complaint in RERA they will take action within 60 days. Whatever payment is done from you and whatever builders are delayed that much interest they need to pay to you.
Does BBA need on judicial stamp paper or simple signed version is acceptable
