Now it's time to put everything back together. In this week's episode, new parts are installed, including water pump, thermostat, temperature sensors, hoses, new clamps and other small improvements.

As a W124 (300E) owner, I learned you can recharge the silicon in the fan clutch. Use 10,000 cst silicon oil, just remove the metal plate and you will see a small dowel pin. Remove it, recharge with a syringe, and it will work like a charm.
