The problem for footballers is that they are coached to roll around and cry over the slightest contact and would really struggle with the physicality of rugby.
@@matthewshepherd5390no one is going to argue that it’s as contact tough compared to other sports. But in terms of stamina and insurance you must be tough to play at a high level, it’s one of the most tiring sports ever designed.
Such a dumb argument considering they’re too different sports with different skills and requirements needed. It’s like complaining a track runner can’t fight compared to a boxer, like obviously 😂
As a rugby player I disagree because he does not have big thighs and no class I think players like Akinfenwa and Adama Traoré would be very good at rugby
If the best footballers played rugby instead they be the best rugby players, people who become elite sports people most likely would have been that if they chose a different sport. Also, rugby players are no tougher than footballers, the rules of the two sports dictate how the players play it…take a look at football decades ago and compare it with now. Rugby has also gone soft and it will get softer to counter brain injuries etc.
What footballers are you talking about? Cause there is no ‘marking the ball’ in soccer and half the stuff you did here isn’t Aussie rules stuff so wtf are you talking about 😂
@@TheRugbyTrainerTV it didn’t go over my head….i asked which type of football cause ‘marking the ball’ isn’t in soccer it’s in Aussie tules and the other stuff isn’t in football (Aussie rules) it’s in soccer
