A buddy and I drove from California to Denver to be at this race and it was very memorable. I remember Andrew Short getting knocked down in the second moto and then he came out and hole shotted the 3rd moto and the crowd went CRAZY you could feel the energy, then after the race I could see from the podium from where we were sitting and it looked like a thousand people crowding around the podium
Business as usual. Team America makes it 6 in a row. Great job by Dungey, Shorts, and Canard. Business as usual in another way, but a piss-poor way. Too much preliminarys and rider interviews, altho not bad in themselves, just takes away what people want to see - MORE RACE FOOTAGE. 53 minutes is not enuff time to adequately cover 3 30 minute + 2 laps motos, much less with all the unnecessary stuff. Nah!
