ARK:SE - Half-Height Snap-Point Trick with Fence Foundations and Railings!

I accidentally discovered this trick during a late night of ark sorcery, and woke up the next morning without remembering exactly how I did it.
After discussing the small build I made with a few other specialists, we got a few extra clues to run on, and then I spent a few more hours conducting experiments until I got the trick down to just a few easy steps!

The video is amazing, but you miss the name of every structure, there is no fence, is rail, no ceiling, sloped roof, etc, that can be a bit confusing for someone starting

Try the other video I linked in the description or my pinned comment. It basically shows the same thing.
The trick is that the Fence Foundation can snap at half-height against the sides of Stairs or Slopes. Then you can remove the stairs/slope and build off the half-height Fence Foundation.
