I really support women after maternity breaks and health issues to have flexible work environment, But only to the honest women. I am men in Accenture at manager level, but the problem lies with girls who are not honest in work but when questioned on their work they get emotional, and the problem with HR is when a women just cries for no reason then the supervisor or manager will be terminated with immediate effect and that to without justification, which is horrible.
