Guys u don't have to do any factory reset. When u start the TV , by default u get kids mode. To go back to original patchwall home , just press the Home button in your mitv remote. You can easily navigate to patchwall home. Just give a try. I had similar problem of forgot password and I discovered it myself and used it daily since 1 year. Pls comment whatever is the result.
