Over Red was my first Black Opium Flanker purchase. Prior to this release none of the other Black Opium’s appealed to me. The only disappointment is the longevity I’m lucky to get maybe 2 - 3hrs before it turns into a skin scent and then it disappears 👻👻👻 like you said it’s an easy reach. Perfect for daily wear or running errands etc. I always get compliments when I wear it just like YSL Libre Le Parfum they never fail.
I actually did a blind-buy on the "Black Opium La Parfum", which I do love! I sampled the "Over Red" in store, and I just didn't love it! Nothing I felt that I needed. Thanks for the review!
I smelled original, Le Parfum, and over red at Sephora last week and fell in love with the Le Parfum version! So much so that I went online and bought it at Jomashop that very evening. It's coming today and I'm so excited!
Hi Santa! Yes, I agree, people need to stop hatin’ on fragrances because they receive a lot of love and are better than good. Just like my ex-husband used to hate on Michael Jordan. We couldn’t watch the games while sitting in the same room ‘cause he was hatin’ so bad.🛑 Y’all know the drill… I haven’t tried this fragrance, though. Doubt I will purchase because of the longevity issue. But I have the OG and other YSL fragrances in my collection that I really enjoy. - Ms. Charlette
Love at first sniff , had to have it . I bought the 90ML bottle. It lasted on me until I showered , it got more intense as the night went on omg delicious, many compliments ❤
I like this! It’s a good agent I can wear to work and not too strong. I have in a travel size which is good because it does need to be touched up after 4 hours. Good review!
I blind bought it as soon as Sephora released it and truth be told.. I already forgot I have it 😂. I did like it though. I think it smells great but the performance was really lacking for me. Even if I oversprayed I still only got a couple hours out of it before it became a skin scent and I had to sniff hard to pick it up on my skin 😆. All that being said I still like it. She’s cute.
Hi Santa! I dont own any of the black opiums and decided to get the travel of over red. It's nice, but I just wish the cherry lingered longer as I do enjoy it with the coffee and vanilla in the background. I agree that it is a compliment getter and a very easy reach and even work friendly. I will continue to enjoy my travel of this and if I catch a really good sale I would consider a 30 or 50 ml. Great review!
