It's 2023...and I am looking for your video! Yes, the first one to tell me how to make a scarecrow. Thanks for this post 😊 This is going to help protect my little garden ❤️
I just love the times we're living in. Where all you have to do is think up something to do and you can learn it from an expert in a matter of Minutes. In this case, making a scarecrow.
Inquiring minds want to know... did the scare crow work? Did the critters take note and dash away... and if it looks like a mother-in-law, would it be a tad more effective? (';')( ';') thank you for the excellent demo :)
Here in May 2020, thank you for posting. I’m looking to grow Blue Berries, and wanted a scarecrow to ward off birds 🦅 . Simple easy setup. Thank you for posting.
Where do you get the netting? I recognize it from like potato bags and stuff but where do you get it? And I know I know the answers probably Amazon LOL
Is it possible to make more realistic scarecrow.....I want to put it for example "sitting and thinking man on the roof near the roof pipe"...for making people imaze.....or any where of the garden.....I have old bicycle collection.....one of them on the roof....Im planing to put one scarecrow on that bike...?your video gave me good ideas thanks.....
@@groworganic I've searched and searched for this plastic mesh net tubing (or whatever it's called), and can ONLY find it online in HUGE roles for $120.00+ (not real a practical option for building a scarecrow or two). Lowes doesn't carry it, nor does Home Depot, Ace True Value, Hobby Lobby, nor Michael's. Where did you get yours?!?!?! I realize your post is several years old, but since folks are always looking for ideas for scarecrows, it would've been much more helpful to have a list of where the supplies can be obtained. So frustrating when DIY videos don't include the requisite information.
@@carolannforgas105 you could just lay the mesh down flat add straw and stick, bring/wrap mesh around and sew or wire the mesh together = instant limbs arms or legs... I don't know if mesh tubing exists so just make your own.

you can braid the straw for tying up the straws than use nets.
Note to self becareful about doing the scarecrow project of what you choose because mine is too scary
Can I fill my scarecrow with weeds instead?
Nice tips.

Hopefully making one of these
keeps them damn crows away from my chickens and fruit trees.

Lets just hope it doesn’t walk at midnight
Reader beware... you're in for a scare
Lol 👀👀
Haha 😄 you are funny.
what appens when it rains?
LOL...you can't hurt clothes or hay in the rain--it will dry out quickly enough....
You know it's gonna work if he is T-posing
How much straw?
tebrikler, yeni videolar için takipteyim
thank you.... and very pretty girl....
Instead of net I think I could use tights stockings
Tight stockings would not give you the flexibility like the net does...also tights will tear too easily when stuffing!
4:59-5:00 why did it look at me
Thank u
add some garden gloves on that bad boy
Great vid, but next time a better angle on the knots would be appreciated.
