I think Judgeman's ability is actually only useful against Boss enemies that have the ability to stun your units, reduce their attack or attack your base. But I'm not sure yet.
I think what its ability do is that every Enemy under the effect can Still be damage like element, u can see that it took damage even though there wasnt dot, idk about Flying Thou, chould Make it so that Ground Enemy can Attack air while under the effect
