Your are so welcome. I just heard from Avi Nardia today, because he's happy to see this video on my RUclips channel. He is in Israel today, so how appropriate. Merry CHRISTmas, and a HAPPY, safe, NEW YEAR 2025!

Shalom, shalom. I'm glad you are now a part of it. Yesterday I created a playlist specifically for my material on the Israeli martial arts. I have several really great historical videos to put up, but slowly but surely. BE A HARD TARGET

From the mountains, plains and ports of China and Okinawa, to Catoctin (Camp X, Camp Greentop) and the OSS, then to the IDF! It is totally fascinating to trace where the real lineages have gone and remain, and to watch there modern formalization in the face of evolving threat environments. I've also traced them through as many of the Eastern Bloc services as I can. Real combatives have always been an enduring obsession of study for me, so it's not everyday I learn and see of such an effective style.
I'd be quite curious to see what the conditioning drills look like and I'd be unsurprised if they're very similar to the kinds of conditioning procedures we see from styles like Wado Ryu and Shito Ryu or Bajiquan. Thank you for reading!

Thank you for your comments. I get your point, which is basically this, "Real warriors will come to the truth of combat." Regardless of what era, or what location, anyone facing similar threats will learn what works and what doesn't. BE A HARD TARGET

Same techniques as other self defense disciplines. Nothing special 🥱

Neither I, nor Avi, said that they are "special." They are historical. And, of course, the reason it is up is so that people that don't know them can learn. Never assume that a person knows every technique and tactic. BE A HARD TARGET
