I love watching these patients with Dr. Tubio. I began seeing a chiropractor a few years ago DUE to watching these videos. I've had neck problems for my last 20 years. I work in healthcare so I've heard all the negative comments about chiropractors. My local chiro has saved my life. I never knew how back my neck/shoulders were until he corrected it a few years back. I still see him maybe twice a year. God bless you Dr. Tubio for helping people heal. The problem with medicine is they cant' think outside of the box on anything. They think; surgery, drugs, or therapy....nothing else. This is how they are trained sadly enough. I'm totally all for anything that's non evasive or all natural. Its soooo much better for you! ❤❤

I was a medical transcriptionist for 20 years. I about fell out of my chair when a back surgeon told a patient, you don't need surgery, you need a chiropractor and gave him a referral. I found a chiropractor in 1994 who took xrays, explained everything and then said he thought he could fix my neck in six weeks. He was right. I only saw him after that when I felt I needed it.
Wow her cracks were so loud! At the end she was so bright and you could see she felt great! I can tell she's gonna be so smug when she gets home in a good way!

I used to have a saying I would use constantly: "Iggie is your friend" Use that ignore function for some peace and space and to protect your mental state as long as you need to. It's there for a reason. "You go to your side of the invisible wall and I'll go to mine and we'll both be happier right now." You can always take it off later if you want to, but sometimes it's the most effective way to give yourself the mental and emotional environment you need, nothing personal to the other person and no harm done.
The three stages of a dr tubio alignment 1 patient super tense / nervous feels every part of the pain ( emotions run high here expect crying ) 2 patients body slightly more relaxed here they know pains coming but it’s short and the rewards worth it ( usually more relaxed now ) 3 patient is totally relaxed and smiling and almost in a do what you will to me as I’m in heaven smiling is usually in this part with utter relief or I could be the last crying part from years of tension . I look for these stages in each video

Watching from Montreal!!! Have been watching your videos for months. I have a similar issue like this patient, but my neck isn't in the negative. I started at 5°, now I'm up at 10°. When you mentioned in the beginning, also giving exercices at home, it would be a nice add-on at the end of your videos. To have some ideas of exercices to do, depending on the type of issue. Since your practice is so different from other chiros, i'm curious to see if the exercices are also different. Keep up the amazing work. Maybe one day i'll fly to Texas. 🤩

My husband is a MD and had his own thoughts about that. But I’m like you I was going to do me. I can specifically remember after our daughter was born (the princess with 3 brothers) and her getting a new baby adjustment lying on my tummy. Of course she grew up to be a Chiro and married one. They have an office and she is a professor at our local Chiro University. So now my husband has changed his tune and thinks she walks on water-she does. I hope you keep up regular tuneups. Your video touched me so much. Good on you both!
I had someone say to me physio therapy is for tightening the body, chiro is for loosening the body. I am apparently as tight as Scrooge McDucks purse strings. I've always gone to see a chiro at least twice a year, but after I herniated a disc, I see the chiro bi-monthly. Worth every penny.
Hi Dr tubio today I saw Dr Jimenez and I was very disappointed unfortunately he wasn't able to do much for me cuz my spine has gone through too much damage and I was hoping to get better results but I am happy that some people are able to get better results than I did 😮😢😔

To see someone get sooo much relef in "one" visit. Wow. I wish I had someone where i live to do this. Chiropractor, injections that failed, and my neurosurgeon who told me I need to fuse c5-6, c6-7 regardless of what else i do...is frightening to me. I've been very athletic my who life. One small accident getting hit from behind with such severe wiplash I cried for 3 days. There was NO position I could get in that stop the pain. Ever since then I suffer from migraines in the regular. Soooo much tension in my shoulder blades that are like rocks even the masage therapist can't get them to release. This is daily. I forgot what normal feels like. It's progressed to neuropathy down my right arm. Can hardly turn to the left with my head. Crunches when I move. Getting old stinks. People take care of yourself while you're young. You will suffer when you're older, not the golden years for me 😢
If you’re fused C3-C6 can you safety get a cervical manipulation without damaging your previously installed hardware.. Hmmmmm C0-C2 and C7 are spasming and the atlas may be off.

I am also under that same boat like you that no matter how good your intentions are in life, no matter how much you want to help others out, and how good of a person you are somebody will be jealous of you and just dislike anything you are doing. Its such a shame because there are complete strangers who are out there that judge you so poorly, and all you want is to just do something good in life or go out there and enjoy life in general. Just because they dont like the way you wear your clothes (looks fine to me) is ridiculous, but I see it happen. Even if you're Keanu Reeves, someone is still going to hate you for who you are, so this is why it is very important to circle around with people who DO MATTER instead. A little on and off-topic: As for bad chiropractors, I do respect some people's statements why they dont trust chiros. As for me, it ruins those who are actually good at the profession, but the idea is -- things don't work, you want a second or third opinion and medicine doesn't seem to cut it anymore. You can always use alternative options to try to fix the underlying causes elsewhere. Even if I am skeptical of the malpractice, I will respect the fact that chiro work is an alternative choice, and a last resort option to those with special cases that tried everything else out and nothing is still working. At least it is another option on the table, and I am just fine with that. People can just choose whether or not they want to take it. I don't know why cutting something away that might have a possibility of working (on the rare chance it does). Regardless, I hope you have a great day, Alex Tubio! I don't know what you're talking about, Chiropractic is terrible. All of the people I've seen in my life who went and got those spine fusions who are now walking around stiff as a board and in constant pain because the expert told them it was what was going to help them with the initial pain, are doing better than ever! They never should have tried Chiropractic as a entry-level measure to pain relief that could then help them build supporting muscle around the area! They made the right move going right to life-changing surgery that can never be reversed. Chiropractics are for idiots, that's why I make the most rash surgical decision possible first and foremost 👍

Its such a shame because there are complete strangers who are out there that judge you so poorly, and all you want is to just do something good in life or go out there and enjoy life in general. Just because they dont like the way you wear your clothes (looks fine to me) is ridiculous, but I see it happen. Even if you're Keanu Reeves, someone is still going to hate you for who you are, so this is why it is very important to circle around with people who DO MATTER instead.
A little on and off-topic:
As for bad chiropractors, I do respect some people's statements why they dont trust chiros. As for me, it ruins those who are actually good at the profession, but the idea is -- things don't work, you want a second or third opinion and medicine doesn't seem to cut it anymore. You can always use alternative options to try to fix the underlying causes elsewhere. Even if I am skeptical of the malpractice, I will respect the fact that chiro work is an alternative choice, and a last resort option to those with special cases that tried everything else out and nothing is still working. At least it is another option on the table, and I am just fine with that.
People can just choose whether or not they want to take it. I don't know why cutting something away that might have a possibility of working (on the rare chance it does).

I don't know what you're talking about, Chiropractic is terrible. All of the people I've seen in my life who went and got those spine fusions who are now walking around stiff as a board and in constant pain because the expert told them it was what was going to help them with the initial pain, are doing better than ever! They never should have tried Chiropractic as a entry-level measure to pain relief that could then help them build supporting muscle around the area! They made the right move going right to life-changing surgery that can never be reversed. Chiropractics are for idiots, that's why I make the most rash surgical decision possible first and foremost 👍

It's good for some temporary pain relief but it will not cure the problem permanently. That's why it is called therapy.
It can reduce pain on the long line I when in 3 time and 3/4 of my pain went away and it’s been 2 year
