    Yet again another informative review from Batchreviews, and on this occasion I like this car even though the price is a bit high.

      Unfortunately not. They do not have proper engines for their cars (quite good cars and good looking ones to be honest). Electric cars are still environmentally unfriendly in my opinion. Btw. opinion based on scientific researches.

    It’s a cockpit. It is meant to feel hemmed in. Like a, cockpit. That’s what they are going for.

    Most people will wait until the price is right. You just can't expect to find people who are willing to pay 10K more compared to Model Y. As a French BEV, I find the new Renault Scenic a better package.

    Very cramped for a mid sized car, but not as bad as the C-HR. Hopefully the 5008 fixes it. Fussy cabin might starting feeling frustrating when the novelty wears off, Great presentation style James.

    I believe that spending £700 on a heat pump isn't worth it and the miles you'd need to do to make that cost up, doesn't make it a viable option

    I wish they wouldn't make centre consoles so large in vehicles these days it makes the driver feel cramped. I bought new car a few months ago and made sure there was no console in the middle I hate them things it's like they put a 125cc motorcycle in the front for no reason. Old school was the bench seat in the front but now they take away the hand brake and gear lever just to junk it up with storage. 😢

    honestly, i dont care much for some tire noise or some wind noise at 130kmh, cos i alway either have a podcast or music on, cos i am the type of person who cant stand quiet.

    Not a bad effort, but Peugeot could’ve done more with the interior to make it more airy and less-cramped, and if you’re going to charge £50k+ you’re up against some really serious players that’ll go at least 300 miles! Like the 400+ 98kW spec potential though.
    Maybe the E-5008 might suit some, myself included, better?

  • @thejfg7741
    @thejfg7741 10 месяцев назад +1

    It won’t do 400 miles. That type of efficiency doesn’t exist yet. If you calculate the actual mi/kwh required for that, it’s not possible. You’d need to be regularly doing over 5 m/kwh regularly to achieve that.

    • @TerbrugZondolop

    Agreed batch - it doesn’t look great in the back in fact there looks to be less room than the e2008. Seems odd. I also prefer cars that have moved away from that ‘gubbins’ between the front seats - it’s unnecessary and makes you feel hemmed in - it just seems they can’t move the design language away from legacy thinking….

    The last 3008 had a much nicer dash. The new one The screen just looks too small and wrong. Why oh why did they not line up the edge of the center of the screen and angle with the centre vents. It woukd have looked so much better. Kia still do the best inside touchscreen dash in the Sportage. It looks much better than this one. It could have been so much better. It will also be a dust collector underneath and around it I would say that will be a nightmare to clean.

      You people were saying this 10 years ago already but the market has changed and Peugeot continues to sell more and more cars each year so they must be competitive. The interior in this is much nicer and more premium than any of its competitors in the same price range, so stop already or just say you can't afford it...

      Look pal, Peugeot have levelled up BIG TIME since 2012. It's a new brand now. It's not Peugeot from the 90s. They really do great cars now and btw you won't get anything for less than 25k, it's a new world out there. Inflation, etc... If you really think you gonna get a beautiful car that delivers as much as that Peug does, for just 15k, then you are seriously deluded. Check out VW's new models prices, you gonna cry.
