The Collected Teachings of Ajahn Chah was published in 2012. This is the complete collection of talks by Ajahn Chah that have been translated into English. During the Winter of 2012, Ajahn Amaro has given a daily reading which are recorded as audio files. What is collected here is the 'rough-hewn' edit of these readings. These talks are being made available here as a stop-gap, until the final version is ready. A final version of these readings, including the Q&A, is still under preparation and will be published, hopefully, in the near future.

Sometimes I feel like I’m listening to Mr. Spock talking to Captain Kirk. There must be a hybrid Vulcan species experiencing the full impact in the heart of the wonder of life and the events that make up that life but remaining or being able to experience it to feel it to learn from it to let it be? I’m not going to sync my way out of this one. Practice practice practice
pada pati ? what this means
3 types of wisdoms ( knowledge)Pariyatti, patipatti, pativedhan.
Pariyatti -> knowledge gained by reading books, scriptures or by hearing some discourse etc. (It’s someone else’s truth that you have heard or read. It is very important though. It is the first step towards gaining the wisdom.)
Patipatti- knowledge gained by actual practice of the pariyatti. ( It becomes your experiential truth gained by practice.)
Pativedhan- It’s when you finally realised the truth when you experience nibbana, enlightenment.
