I dont have a rue 21 by me but i have a forever 21. But i live in a different state. I know how you feel when great stores close for good. My favorites were mandeez, fashion bug, the rave, g&g, contempo casuals, wet seal. Im a millennial so it was very sad. Most new businesses close after 6 years at average. Or they get bought out. I hope generation z enjoys everything that is available today for them because many years from now things will change again and they'll begin to feel the nostalgia.
