My house is Getting remodel right now as we speak. We started In February. This is adding an addition, new flooring, new kitchen new bathrooms ect. There is no way this would take 90days!!! Scam Tiff Tiff is out of her mind!!!
Tahoe Tiffany knows it's going to take more than 90 days to renovate a house!! Most of the houses are older, so they would need a lot of work. Plumbing, electrical work, new roofs, new porches, etc!!!

I have seen crews build a row of town homes (4 to 6 homes) in a week.
The reason your project is probably taking long is because the same contractors have 3 other projects they are working on.
@db-ly5om yes they do but there are workers everyday at our home. We also add 2 additions & gutted the whole house. Plus we had to move 2 areas of plumbing there is a lot going on. They are doing an amazing job!

This is total bulshit about 4 years ago I was donating a house to a local nonprofit do it for $1 in order to remove blight from the neighborhoods however it took several months for the township to get off their ass so we could close on the transaction this led to additional monies and time wasted on their nonsense

And allegedly sell them to her friends and family where she can repurchase them for a dollar. She has done it with Woods when they bought a car wash that could not get a permit to open, sold it to Woods for 80,000 who later sold it for 120,000. Nothing in Dolton can happen without her say so. Like the barbershop, they allowed him to upgrade the property after to Keith told him he could get his permit. Afterwords, Tiffany declined his permit. And he had to sell it at a lost..it is a scam..must like her renting a mold infesting on Section. 8 I guarantee you if you look up the records Tiffany and Woods own a majority of the property in Dolton. She is so stupid she actually thinks she can get away with it but the FBI is watching and will get her pimp walk out of the building along with Freeman and Woods..personally I look forward to it.,

If you purchase a home through the Hud program for $1 you have a certain amount of time to bring that house according to the standards according to the damage of the home it may cost you upwards of $30,000 or more.

The other issue is that there is no way that can get a contractor out, give an estimate, order supplies, and complete the repairs in that timeline. The city can also cause delays by taking their time on scheduling the inspections in a timely manner. She will inspect so they can do the repairs, delay the final inspection so they miss the deadline and then the city gets their $5k and a newly repaired home which they can turnaround and sell for a lot more. What a scam!
$500 escrow is nice but that annual inspection is crazy work.

I handled real estate repos in the Chicagoland area years ago and nothing makes sense. Do these houses have clean title? How did she get the properties? They have to sell them then the village makes money? What kind of contract is that? How does the village become a real estate broker and manager. I worked for one of the countries largest commercial finance firms. I suggested they do same with repo homes. They declined because the management and legal exposure was too great. Yet frog eyes Tiffany thinks this clusterfock village can become a real estate broker management firm? And HOW DID SHE GET THESE PROPERTIES?

Renovating a home is generally not a small investment. You need to know what you are doing. Will residents be allowed to have a general contractor come and provide an estimate of repairs? When will the house be appraised and put on the tax rolls? Repairs within 90 days could be expensive. They would have to get the capital. Interest rates are high.

Those grants have to be tracked meticulously especially federal grants to make sure the money doesn’t get used for something frivolous. Grants should have a separate line item, one for state, county, federal, and y’all SHOULD have one FT and one PT coordinating grants. Since Tiffany thinks all the money goes into one pool and she isn’t keeping tabs on receipts and what is spent by grant $$ that’s reason enough to warrant an audit by the state, FBI OR CBI needs to move on her.
