This only works good with the low setting. At the high setting It sucks when trying to raise the bike! Almost impossible to lower it when you step on the lowering pedal, so you have to use the raising pedal in reverse. In other words you have to put your foot behind the raising pedal and pull it out, and that's only if the bottom of your shoe is able to grip it.
