Lucky Leo's for a short time had a Jersey Jack Pinball Wizard of Oz pinball machine set to ticket redemption mode (I believe sometime around 2018), though I saw it had visible playfield light control board issues. I tried to ask an employee if they could switch it over to regular play for me, but he declined. After that day, I never saw that machine again in their arcade. I wish there were old pictures or videos of these "Open for over 60 years" (or something to that effect) of what arcade games and/or pinball machines they used to carry, just so I could see the better old days when my mind wasn't developed enough to remember things clearly and/or my parents never took me to these places in their prime.
TBH that's kind of why I'm doing what I'm doing these days. I'm more interested in preserving these locations as they are as a moment in time, because I know not all of them are going to be around for future generations to enjoy. There's already been a handful that I've gone to that have since closed down, and either I got video of it or I regret not doing so when I had the chance.
Awesome Arcade
I went to Lucky Leo's a month and a half ago. I read the description and when you said it opened 60 years ago... it is 70 years ago actually.
@@arcadeclawpro2851 I mean, technically, 70 IS "over 60". 😅
@@arcadeclawpro2851 I just went yesterday, they finally changed the sign and it says over 70 years.
