I love how these generic modern arcades always have one Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga arcade cabinet. Also, 1:21 the card reader looks like Mr. Bill. Oh nooooo!! 😂

This is, sadly, the best place for pinball in Wildwood. 50 cents per game and 8 machines, but as you've seen they don't get repaired too often, but they roughly work. Every other place I've been to in Wildwood doesn't really repair their machines too well. There is, according to Pinball Map, a restaurant called Urie's (off of Rio Grande, near to the entry bridge) that has a Wrestlemania pinball machine present, but I haven't been there yet to check out the venue myself (prices for food look expensive, which keeps me away from deciding on one machine).

I went there during Memorial Day Weekend 2024. I'm not sure if I will return to Wildwood, NJ again because of what happened on the boardwalk back then.

Wow, I haven't been to the arcade in the Berlin Farmer's market in about 20 years. I DO fondly remember going there back as early as 82/83, when I was little and my folks would take me. I remember them having the sit down star wars machine when our own mall arcades got rid of theirs. I sure do miss this place too. The food was always incredible and in better times when my family was still all alive and healthy, we'd eat here and grab some roasted peanuts and pretzels to take home. I can still smell this place in my memory, as odd as that may sound.

Well, I went there to Wildwood, NJ (especially the Mariner's Arcade) one last time. The reason why it was my last and final visit there because of what happened back on Memorial Day Weekend 2024 (which was this past May).

Tbis looks, and might feel better than Cinergy. I don't know, because I DON'T LIVE NEAR THERE, AS WE IN AMMEREELO

I was just there recently but apparently... I personally think that the Dave & Buster's in Times Square NYC is not like what I thought it once was.

First the one in Woodbridge, NJ opened, then the one in Wayne, NJ opened and now... in Blackwood, NJ.

thought the hoverboard replica signed by Christopher Lloyd was a kinda random showpiece prize offer, until i saw that they'd used the Back to the Future logo type treatment all along the walls, referenced the "your destiny" line from the film over the prize room, and even bothered to source and place a Data East 1990 Back to the Future pinball table as its only classic pinball selection. i actually dig it, as it generally fits the vibe of the place without leaning too heavily on it in a way that would be infringing or meaningless to kids who wouldn't have seen the movie, but it's fun as a fan myself to catch that! i might check this place out soon (would you believe i've never actually played the BTTF pin before?)

I remembered went to Coney Island before since I was a kid for over 15 years ago, and it’s a long story because my mom and I had a blast before.

This once had a Cu 1 stage until it became A piece of S-t

1:15 - That bike game LCD monitor conversation could have been done much better and cleaner. At least properly match the size of the cabinet.

I was here not too long ago. Decent arcade but could use like a multicade or two.

They also got new varieties of crane games. There’s a few where you have to use the yellow cylinder to push a figure box down into the prize chute.

Rn i'm reacting to the whole thing. Quarterback pro is just 2 minute drill but awesome. NBA Is pretty sweet. Love it. It looks like that castlevania game looks hard. Feels like a konami thing. Over the edge is a very silly game. Gold Railroad needs a bit of work, but other than that, I think Konami has got this. King Kong II is sweet, So is Godzilla. SPACE INVADERS BUT AMAZING?! I love the gameplay here. Feels very reminicent of The Chopionship gameplay, CHaotic and all.

i hope one of the Round1s near Philadelphia/Jersey/Baltimore gets a copy of the Castlevania game. 😭 i want those cards!!

Just like my home state of North Carolina has the same moment to before!

It's been a long, long amount of years since I've been there. The reason is pretty much as shown, mostly redemption machines, few arcade machines and no pinball machines. The time I went all those years ago, I did play a pinball machine, a Stern NFL with a Giants backglass which of course the ball got stuck a minute after I started playing and there were no employees around who could fix it! The only game I could see myself going to play there if I go back is Elevator Action Invasion, which seems to be a sequel to Elevator Action: Death Parade from 2009 (which I previously played at iPlay America in Freehold, NJ). But I might see if it's available for play in a different location first, like Dave & Busters at Woodbridge Center Mall, which is closer to me and easier to get to.
