    I did something completely different, I used 2/10 for the first friend and 1/9 for the second as the probability of each getting a specific card then just multiplied the result of that multiplication by 5, since there were five different pairs of Xmas cards.

      Maothen i did IT the same way and also got 1/9. So i guess IT is another possible way to solve the Problem?^^
