I get you, bra sizes can be very tricky😅 (22:45) You can still be a C cup even if you don't have a big chest because the letter also depends on your band size (it's the difference between your bust and underbust measurements). For instance, I'm a 32D but I don't have a big chest either, just a very small back in comparison.

Cup sizes are not the same with different band sizes. Cup sizes has to do with how many inches difference there is for full bust measurement to under bust measurement. A 32C is veryyy different from a 38C.
