    They all give the same units per battlechip on average. Any observed differences are due to variability. It should be noted that more expensive crystal -> less sample size -> more variability, meaning you could get really lucky and get a ton of units or get unlucky and get none. This itself can be seen in the comparison from UC to TB. It's just rng.
    If you want the most consistent units, open the smallest ones.
    If you want to risk it for the biscuit, go for the biggest ones.

      @@_Perfection137 it’s RNG and opening the cheaper ones doesn’t mean you’ll end up with more units? If anything blending all three provides a better outcome. The data is there to see.

      @@bulmkt97 Most consistent...units, not most... consistent units. The cheaper the crystal, the higher the consistency. Example: if you open 700k in UC/TB 10 times each, you will get wildly varying amounts. If you open 700k in the cheapest, it will still vary, just less. Meaning there is the least risk if you open the cheapest ones (highest consistency).

      @@davidboucher4 from the video UC gave me the most units. Normal and TB were both lower than UC with TB paying out the least amount of units. 700,000 Battlechips in each class is a worthwhile exercise.

      They all give the same units on average. The difference is that opening the more expensive ones is higher variability, meaning you could get lucky and get way more than average (as they did with UC) or get unlucky and get way less (as they did with TB). Your choice whether or not to take more risk. I open the cheapest for the most consistent units.

      @@_Perfection137 agreed. It comes down to rng. In the video and sample size, UC has the best rng for units per battlechips spent. Furthermore, in this scenario, the regular arena crystals have the best rng to get a Punisher (disregarding rarity ofc).

      @@Joeinater7 the units per battlechip is the same for all of them, it's only variability that increases. You could get 3000 units from 14 TB, that doesn't mean it's the best one to open

    the cost of arena crystal vs battle chips is hugely different. this is meaningless without comparing battle chip cost. if arena gets you 1290 but costs half as much as uncollected then its a much better value, right?

    • @_Perfection137
      @_Perfection137 День назад +2

      These amounts equate to the same battle chips for each crystal type. The flaw is that opening more expensive ones deceeases sample size, therefore increases the variability. That is the only reason they got more from the uncollected crystals. All the crystals give the same units per battle chip on average.

    • @bulmkt97
      @bulmkt97  21 час назад

      @@cassvanini1028 I used the same number of Battlechips (700,000 each) over the three classes. Each class has the same probability of pulling units. Each has a 15% chance of rewarding units. The higher cost of the crystal reflects the higher amount of units that can be earned.

    • @bulmkt97
      @bulmkt97  21 час назад

      @@_Perfection137 there is no flaw. Each class of arena crystal had the same amount of Battlechips spent. Again each crystal regardless of type has a 15% unit drop. The more expensive the crystal the bigger the unit drop.

    • @_Perfection137

      @@bulmkt97 the problem is that you are taking a sample size of 1 and assuming that your results reflect the true average, when you have just one data point for each crystal type. If you opened 700k in uc crystals 20 more times, you would see you just got lucky here. The average unit/battlechip is the same for all.
      Example: you roll 6 green dice and 6 red dice. The green add up to 26, while the red only add up to 20. This does not mean the green dice are better at getting a higher score.
      TLDR: You would have to open far far more than 700k bc (probably above 30m bc) of each crystal to conclusively prove that the average is different.

    • @bulmkt97
      @bulmkt97  18 часов назад

      @@_Perfection137 as already stated, each arena Crystal be it a normal, UC or TB have a set 15% probably of earning units.
      The unit qty earned is a reflection of the cost of the arena crystal. UC crystals pay out 5X more units than normal AC. TB crystals pay out 5X more than UC and there Battlechips cost per crystal reflects this.
      The sampling size is dictated on the allocation of Battlechips spent. In this case 700,000 in each class. Then it’s just observing the RNG from the openings. What you are talking about is irrelevant nonsense to the observed actions. Next you’ll say Water isn’t wet? Only someone who is a nark would try and see flaws in a video that just recorded the observable actions of the various crystal openings.
