Yay, I've been waiting for the Waterpark vlogs! So enjoying all of your videos of UAE/Dubai. Hopefully some of the parks that are lacking visitors will be busier in the future. They seem to have a wealth of parks and attractions in a relatively small area so travellers can pack a lot into a vacation. At least it allows you to get in lots of rides! Thank you 👍👍

Hope you had an amazing day! I have been to the UAE 4 times and I stayed at the Atlantis hotel for my first visit to the country back in 2016. This place is phenomenal and the greatest waterpark I’ve ever been to.
Would love to stay at Atlantis one day in the future!

As a non swimmer I’m not a big fan of water parks in fact I don’t think I’ve ever been to one but this place certainly looks idyllic and relaxing a beautiful place, enjoy guys.

The world’s tallest water slide is called Kilimanjaro at Barra Do Pirai in Brazil apparently. It’s 164ft (49.9m). “Odyssey of Terror” is the world’s tallest water slide with a “double tornado wave”?? So a technicality 😂

The world tallest water slide is located at the recently opened Meryal water park in Qatar.

@@spaceistheplace2293 just like the Atlantis Adventure claim, this seems like a technicality. Even on the Meryal water park official website it states that the two Guinness World Records it is claiming are ‘the highest water park tower in the world’ and ‘tower with most rides’. I suppose you could argue then it is the highest water slide if it’s at the top of the highest tower, but that is different to being the tallest. I’ll let you Google what the difference is 🤓
We stayed at Atlantis back in 2012 and then took our son back in 2021 and love aquaventure.
Back in 2021 I was allowed to use GoPro on ALL slide and have loads of slide footage as it was also fairly quiet so me and my son we filming loads 👍🏼

As far as I’m aware, the world’s tallest water slide is at the Meryal water park in Qatar. That whole place looks insane (it also has one of those rotating slides and a coaster…). It’s possibly one to visit in the future, as I haven’t seen a lot of coverage of it.

Fabulous vlog. We went on the monorail to Palm Jumeirah but didn't go in the water park, it looks really good in there though. We had a lovely walk round and along the boardwalk and also took plenty of photos of the Atlantis Hotel 😊

Plenty to do, just chose not to. There's been vlogs where we've seen Charlotte overcome her fears and get drenched on water rides. Then won't go on a lazy river. Just go for it Charlotte! You've done it before, you can do it again. Especially with that many lifeguards... 😊

Im not a big water park fan but i absolutely love volcano bay and it seems much superior to Atlantis. The golf carts are a greaf touch though ☺️

OMG those stair cases to walk up to the top of water slides, thats what I dislike the most, wish they had esculators or lifts to the top.

Not everyone wants to swim in the sea, we feel like more pools are needed around the areas!

As someone who lives in Dubai there is kind of a jellyfish problem, most of the time there are red flags warning you about the jelly fish or not to swim (or purple im not sure which ones which)
@@ThemeParkWorldwide you are right I’m visiting from the UK at this very moment, went there yesterday. The beach is nice to look at but is no substitute for the park beach of Orlando’s volcano bay . It does need a dedicated area with a wave machine

Nice vlog, really enjoyed, not sure whats the problem with phones allowed on rides and no go pros, doesn't make actual sense, Chessington had this last year with coasters & attractions. Its like they only allow you on rides in these places so that you easily lose your phones, especially as with go pros they are secured. So that your phones go into lost property, which if not reclaimed which it won't be as they don't help you when you lose something, its deemed a lost cause. I reckon its so they can get your phone & make money on it themselves via selling it, like Airports do with items that are not reclaimed after a certain time? Its a massive theory, but I wouldn't at all be surprised if that what they could be doing? Its seems to be the only explanation. Especially as phones cost more than go pros & action cameras. Really amazes me, would of been good to see what slide is which in this via POV's, also with Charlotte on map info, need to show what slide is which, instead of stepping into unknown. Need an info board, thought by the way the big map reminded me of Jungle Run from ITV. All you needed was the guy from that show to tell you where next challenge was and you were on your way lol. But honestly, looks a nice place, think Siam Park is the true winner when it comes to theming, but still this one an ok water park. But nice vlog, enjoyed and look forward to more vlogs like this in future. 😀👍

You need to go to Qatar for the new worlds tallest waterslides that are 85 meters ( 278 feet) tall, that is almost as tall as Millennium Force for refrence.
