Trains are diesel electric, the diesel generator energizes traction motors at each drive wheel, they are really good at pulling loads. The battery takes the place of the generator but the principle is the same, the downside is the battery capacity which determines how far the vehicle can haul a load. The hauling part is easy using electric motors.
Unfortunately all vehicle manufacturers are trying to phase out the good ole v8. It’s a sad era for car lovers. Electric motors do make great power but the sound is half the fun of the v8.

Great video as always, Kevin! 🙂 Hope you're doing well. Loving the stang!
Hey Becca! It’s been so long since I saw you. Miss you
I guess I'll be keeping my 4th gen Silverado for a LONG TIME
If it’s not broke don’t fix it. As long as she runs keep driving it
I heard Dodge/Ram are also switching over to an inline 6 engine. Also Hybrid V8 in the mustang will be interesting.

An EV muscle car makes no sense to me. You buy a muscle car for the v8 growl.
