@@karthikram5551 I presume you mean that the school closes the wifi. However they can't close the 4g connection unless they have a device that jam all wireless signals in a small area. Alternatively they could put you in a room that reflects electro magnetic radiation.
Equipment with the purpose of severing connection between a and b usually cost a pretty penny and schools / university probably won't pay for that.
