The Monorean is a discrete communication device. The Monorean consists of an invisible earpiece the size of a rice grain that you put into your ear. Through the earpiece you’ll be able to listen to your partner crystal clear and in a discrete manner.
How does it work?

With the Monorean® Pro earpiece all set up, go to where you’ll use the earpiece..
• USE IN A PHONE CALL
Wait for an incoming call, and then pick it up by holding down the Pushbutton Beeper hidden in your shoe for five seconds. You can also press the Pushbutton Beeper to redial the last number called.
You’ll listen to the person on the other line through the invisible earpiece hidden in your ear
During a test, you can use the Pushbutton to communicate with your partner. For example: press once if you want to say 'yes', press twice for 'no', or press several times in a row to ask them to speak slower.
Hold the Pushbutton down for five seconds to hang up the phone.
• USE WITH MP3 PLAYER
Once you are ready to listen to the lessons stored in your cell phone, press the PLAY MP3 Pushbutton (you will have 3 Pushbuttons) to start listening to the audio tracks through the invisible earpiece hidden into your ear. Press the Pushbutton NEXT-TRACK to go to the next track. Press the Pushbutton PREVIOUS-TRACK to go to the previous track.
Hold down the Pushbutton NEXT-TRACK to fast forward and find a specific time on the track. You can also hold down the Pushbutton PREVIOUS-TRACK to rewind and find a specific point in your pre-recorded lesson.

Hey Ruby. Yes, everything has been designed to output a nice volumen and a crystal clear sound. Now, the earpiece does not cover the ear canal completely so the air can more freely inside of the ear, that means you'll ear your surroundings. This can be a great feature to have; if a teacher calls you from behind you'll hear the voice as if you wound 't have the earpiece, nonetheless if the surrounding noise is high enough it can interfere with the sound coming out of the earpiece. Generally speaking you'll perfectly hear the voice of your partner if you are in a exam room, in a crowded classroom or even walking around the city. If you plan to use the Monorean in an environment such as a concert then you might need to look for an alternative.

Good question, nonetheless Apple might have a better answer to this as they will be controlling that aspect of the setup. That said, we think you will be able to control Spotify tracks from either Monorean Pro's MP3 pushbuttons or from Apple Watch.
Try connecting a regular Bluetooth headphones and see if you are able to skip the track from the headphones as well as from the watch.
can you listen to the radio on this,as it would be good for my workplace ?
Technically yes you could listen to the radio with Monorean but it's been designed to be used in covert situations.

The earpiece does not need battery. It receives all the energy from the collar that you'd put around your neck.
