Actually Venmo has to report it, not you. Just like banks have to report customer transactions. Nothing money-related online is anonymous anymore, not even crypto, so it’s easy enough for them to do.

I, for once did not laugh out loud. If one puts on one's critical thinking hat, and realise that the reason SBF did what he did was simply because he was just a pawn that was placed at the head of FTX, as part of the game to do what he did, so that Crypto can be heavily regulated to the point of elimination so they can install their own CBDC which will then lead to a global Digital Currency with everyone having to partake of it. That way they can control every aspect of your finances and control your buying and selling. No one will laugh at what is coming. The bible never lies.

My super "genius" ex brother in law tried convincing me to invest in cryptocurrency last night. He says the stock is way down, and when I told him about the governments idea of severely taxing and controlling crypto he said that's a way to ensure the pay out in the end would be better than if they didn't. His business logic is alarming and I said I will pass on that stock. Everything our government touches turns to crap not gold.
Crypto isn't stock. If you think Bitcoin is risky you should do some research into fiat currencies
You need to do more research and the prices right now are not going to be this low again after 2024. Crypto goes in cycles. Just research BTC halving. Currently is accumulation time. DCA
Invest in gold and silver.
Just think if you'd had the foresight to invest in Bitcoin a year ago you'd now be sleeping soundly with the knowledge your investment being worth a third of what it was. The cope and denial from the crypto bros is hilarious.
