Hi there, I suspect I have Invastive aspergillosis and would like to do a culture test at home, what are you using in the petri dishes to grow the culture?
I liked the one written by Sherman and Cappuccino, but they all have their merits. I never had the chance to review more than two when I taught at the college. It really depends on your curriculum and what topics are more important to you. If I had it to do again, I would have written my own labs so I could relate it more to the lectures.

I would suggest you have a doctor take a sample and send it out for testing to a proper lab.
