  • #cjmowing Winter is upon us and with that comes short days and long nights. And, since its winter lawns become harder to find - however we always manage to find one out there. After a searching we found this property among other well maintained lawns. The situation was unique as we've never encountered a homeowner that requested to not be filmed. After disclosing that we could blur her face she was ready for us to start work on her property.
    While working on the property, the homeowner came out while on the phone with her friend very excited about the free work being done on her property. We believe it inspired her to even start cleaning up the inside of her house as well! Amazing the state of mind a kind gesture could put you in! This video documents the before, during and after footage as well as all people we come in contact with along the way. We hope you all enjoy this video.

It is unfortunate that some of the commenters do. I enjoy your senses of humor, too! Bet the owner and neighbors are happy and thankful for you both! There is a law here that women are not allowed to lift any heavier than 20kg for work safety. So I can understand your Mum's reason for not using the tarp, especially because she needs to be taller to empty the clippings in the truck. I love your explanations along the way. You are such caring people and so non-judgemental, there should be more people like you. Great work as usual.

    • @jaredcolahan759
      @jaredcolahan759 2 месяца назад +1

      the law for 20 kilos , is not true in the USA. however NIOSH has a suggested guide lines. this in my opinion makes it un-equal and males should get paid more in this line of work if they are required to pick up the slack. This is not a dig on females just an obvious observation.

      Unfortunately that’s not how that works. The city takes bids on those properties. Then whatever fine you receive includes that price. The lowest bidder then goes out and usually does the caliber of job you would think the lowest bidder would do. They just get everything knocked down but won’t clean up so it still is a critter habitat. But that’s how they can afford to bid so low. Anyway this is how it is down in our area.

    I liked this one! That was a large amount of grass (hay) for such a small piece of property! I love watching you guys work and how your are with each other. It is the same kind of relationship I have with my son. Hope you are both having a wonderful week and gearing up for Christmas. Take care and will see you next time!😻
