Three in a row! Not just on this channel but from others too. I watch a lot of these industrial estate RUclips videos, they are a real boost to my understanding of the built environment. It's so nice to see positivity from the companies. Edit: shame about the confrontation at the end but BP was asked to leave.

Even if the rest of *Intermezzo Drive* is *private* (which wouldn't make any sense whatsoever), it's completely irrelevant, as it's an access road to many more businesses, and all of them need to ask him to leave.
Who owns the land is also irrelevant, as it's their tenants that decide who comes and goes, not them.

You are correct about if you have no reason or business being inside, but an open gate does allow implied access, for inquiries, or to make someone aware of a possible threat, or for evacuation, post, delivery etc.

Not really, usually the idiots who shout the odds saying 'get a job' etc can be put back in their box by telling them that content creation pays well.
Because people are always telling them to get a job.
Not all, only the successful ones, and as brians48now says, it's because people assume they don't work when these videos are a source of income.
They only seem to do it when some minimum wage worker gets insulting and tells them to get a job, I’d be bringing it up too if someone with a less fun lower paying job tried slagging off what I did for a living 😂

In 2019 Scott Parnell opened a depot utilizing the fenced hardstand at the front of the property. Treanor Pujol put the 45k ft2 Cube Shed warehouse out for let and Duclo opening their facility late 2022. Interior pics show a thick ~8 ft concrete pony wall enclosing the exterior steel framing. Each of the two bays have three 10t cranes with gantry extending out to the rear yard (as BP notes on the drone footage). A drone video on the Treanor Pujol page shows the building was part of their production facility for concrete house beams, floor blocks and related products.
Great start to the video and drone view, shame they wasted a positive opportunity. 👍⭐⭐⭐

Tresspass is a civil matter. Aggravated tresspass however isnt. As for the "ill find out where you live" yes if you leave your front door wide open (or even unlocked) they can enter your land/house. Laws are very strange around tresspass
No aggravated trespass at all except from two aggressive employees who acted like as if they re 18 th century gamekeepers working for the Lord of the Manor

This was publically assessible as it was access to multiple companies, if I am visiting Duclo, I do not need permission from the other company to get to Duclos business, in this instance, the second man from Duclo called the land owners and asked them to ask me to leave, so I left
