A beautiful and delicious salad for papa Takis to eat while the children are looking on. Booby is among them. Ringo vocally guards his newfound toy he's brought in but nobody seems to care. All eyes are on papa Takis because it's getting bedtime. Please enjoy your light dinner, Takis.

It is very inspiring....low in carbs. Lots of greens and some protein.
He probably has some bread with it.. You can't work all day like takis just on a salad
There are chickpeas, beans, tofu etc...NOT just SALAD

THAT salad looks so delicious, with fresh tomatoes, pure olive oil, cheese. Yes, but please, TAKIS, eat more than that, PROTEIN, because you work like donkey, and needs to be very strong to take care of your lovely shelter. Take good care of yourself, because more than 400 animals NEED YOU!!!

Just a tip, chickpeas and, or lentles would provide a lot more protein with the salad. l surpose Takis must know this already.
