My mom (rip) used to put all her wet ingredients together in a measuring cup, and her dry in another. Also, always crack your eggs in a side bowl (that way if shells get in the side bowl, you can fish them out for the main dish) because sometimes you get a double yoke too 😉 That lid on the mixer is a good idea, but it’s on the way. Looks so good!
