Seun should have told VDM to delay the audio release, so that he could have asked Femi Falana , whether what VDM told him was true or not. Femi Falana defended Fela Kuti in court and also Seun multiple times in court without collecting a penny from him. Seun knew the Falanas name was on the audio and yet he did not inform them to cross check it, before he advised VDM to release the audio. By the way, VDM should retract his statements about the Falanas to avoid a lawsuit.
