    I wouldn't say I'm a beginner but, I started this hobby like a year ago and I am still kind of nervous to purchase discus fish. I'm planning on either a 55 gallon tank or a 70 gallon one. Right now, I have four goldfish in my 40 gallon tank, yes overstocking I know. I have been told that discus are one of the harder fishes to keep..

    • @FwrapperAqua
      @FwrapperAqua  4 года назад +1

      Hi... Discus are not hard to keep if you keep the water and filteration and these 15 points that I have mentioned in this video... Don't over stock.. Ideally its 10 gallons per Discus.. So plan your stock accordingly..

    • @FwrapperAqua
      @FwrapperAqua  4 года назад +2

      See Guppies carry a lot of parasites.. Which will remain in the tank.. And will effect your Discus... Best is to use products like seachem stability or api quick start (these 2 are good} .. cycling the tank

    • @FwrapperAqua
      @FwrapperAqua  5 лет назад +1

    When we are purchasing any fish, if we are not sure about how they were kept or their diet can we use epsom salt treatment to clear their system?

    • @FwrapperAqua
      @FwrapperAqua  2 года назад +1

      If you are not sure of that I recommend not to buy from that seller.... See you should understand one thing a fish will eat only what it has been eating for a long time... A full meat eating fish does not know Pellets is also food... Please understand that... So please check what the fish has been eating... Simply forcing a fish to eat something and simply doing treatment will never help.. You will put the fish in more stress...
