Dear uploader, I am a skater from the Dutch skating club and I found the report and this film recently on Skridsko net.......now this seems a fantastic skating trip in a marvellous area. I would like to skate in Lappland next year if possible late October/November. How would I be able to find out about ice conditions so early in the season, besides the reports that usually come in late... it takes 2 days to get there from Holland and we all know that snow is always coming in soon. Thanks!

Best thing is to have a look at isplanket com or skridsko net. Also calling people up north could work!

ooo the Yellow House, I didn't know it had a spa.
First of all I use a wide angle lens which makes it looks less shaky, then I have mounted the camera on top of my poles.
