Dumating na sa bansa ang ilang tauhan ng United States Coast Guard at National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration na tutulong sa recovery operations sa nangyaring oil spill sa Bataan.
Ayon sa Philippine Coast Guard, magbibigay ng technical assistance ang USCG-NOAA team para sa ongoing oil spill response.
