    Unfortunately, I have gone the opposite way. I have put on about 7KG of weight, probably since around Christmas. My lightest weight of recent time or in 2023 was 68KG. I feel that my lunch is the problem.
    My breakfast I have: Berries, Greek yogurt and 2 Weetabix.
    My tea I typically have 1 source of protein, 1 carbohydrate and 1 source of vegetables.
    My lunch consists of: A sandwich with either chicken or Marmite. 3 rice cakes. Crisps. 2 slices of malt loaf. 2 biscuits. Recently, I've also ended up having chocolate as well.
    I've also recently been to the cinema a number of times, where I indulge in sweet treats, as well as the ice hockey where I do the same. I also went out for lunch on Saturday and after that I went to a cafe and had cake.
    My eating is sometimes something I do to mask my other problems in my life I think.
