MATRIX 1973-2023: 50th anniversary of the archaeological stratigraphy diagram by Harris

The archaeologist's main tool to organize and understand the stratigraphy of a context has reached it's 50th anniversary. The MATRIX was in fact created by Edward C. Harris in 1973. For this special occasion Federico Cantini, Elisabetta Giorgi, Paolo Liverani, Daniele Manacorda, Wolfgang Neubauer and Michele Nucciotti together with CAMNES celebrate and discuss this important milestone in the presence of Harris himself...with a special surprise at the end!
