Excelente colección! No la conocía! Muchisimas gracias. Y por supuesto formidablemente interpretada por Larrocha. Unica crítica de mi parte es que la grabación suena casi medio tono demasiado alta y eso me distrae al leer las notas (oido absoluto! una bendición/maldición).

Granados is a great composer and not, to my knowledge, underrated whatsoever.

yes, she definitely takes some liberties with the scores here and there, even adding some notes sometimes. Perhaps she judges this to be a slightly more free genre than traditional strictly-by-the-book classical music? Or is there another edition of the score perhaps? Or she simply has played them so long that her interpretation has started to dwindle away from the original score, and she has lost the sheet music :D In any case, none of the modifications seems to detract from the pieces, and if I wasn't looking at the score at the same time, I wouldn't have guessed.

Only the unimaginative are slaves to the score, as if there is only one way to recite Hamlet's soliloquy.

True, so long as they're only Shakespeare's words that are recited.@@mikesmovingimages
